What is this feature and why you should use it.
When a user completes an interaction they may want an email to be sent to them with the transcript of the chat. This article will show how this email can be customised and edited.

How to configure an email template [10 Minutes]

Step 1: Log into Talkative
Step 2: Access 'Email Customisation' settings
- Click the 'Settings' tab on the left hand side
- Then click 'Email Customisations'
Step 3: Create Email Customisation
- At the top right of the page, click 'Create Email Customisation'
- Then from here you will need to set the general settings
- First set a label for the template. This is for internal use.
- Then using the dropdown, select what queue this will apply to.
- If you want the template to apply to all queues without a specified template, use the Company Default toggle.
- Then you will need to set theme settings.
- Toggle the 'Theme Enabled' switch if you want to use your company colours in the email.
- If you've toggled the theme, use the colour picker on the right hand side to match your company branding.
- Then upload a logo by clicking or dragging a file into the upload box.
- Once the theme has been set, you can customise the text of of the email using the textboxes. Fill these out to match with your company brand.
- At the bottom of the page, you can click 'Preview'.
- This will show you what the email will look like when sent to a user.

- When you're happy with your config, click 'Save'. It will then be added to the list of email customisations if you need to edit it later
