How does Talkative deal with the end of 3rd party cookies?

Google is moving to is removing third-party cookies at the beginning of 2024.

Talkative uses 3rd party cookies for embedded console use cases, for example if you are using Salesforce, Mitel, or Genesys. Talkative uses 3rd party cookies to ensure your user stays logged in and your sessions persist when using these third-party applications.

On the 1st of November 2023 Talkative is moving to use partitioned cookies instead of 3rd party cookies.

The only change to users will be that if you are already logged into Talkative and you navigate to receive an interaction in Salesforce or Mitel, you'll be given one extra button to login. This should not affect most users since most users will log in when they first receive an interaction in Salesforce/Mitel.
