Engage Notifications

To ensure that your staff are receiving all of the notifications Talkative provides, we strongly recommend that you use the push notification solution below. Should this be unavailable for any reason, we have also suggested a Chrome policy method.

Push Notifications

To set up push notifications on your device, please follow the below steps:

1. Navigate to eu.engage.app/queue in the EU, us.engage.app/queue in the US/Canada or au.engage.app/queue in Australia.

2. Use your username and password to sign in.

3. A pop-up banner should appear on the top of the screen asking you to allow push notifications from Talkative.

4. Accept the banner to turn on push notifications for Talkative.

When using push notifications, please ensure that you have notifications for Google Chrome turned on in your operating system settings. More information is available here:

Google Chrome Policy

If you are unable to use push notifications, please follow the steps below to set up the Google Chrome policy and ensure chrome notifications are supported. Please note this method is only recommended if you are unable to use push notifications.

To use this, it is recommended to add eu.engage.app/queue in the EU, us.engage.app/queue in the US/Canada or au.engage.app/queue to the autoplay allowlist.

The result of this is that users will receive more prominent notifications.
