How can I enable Talkative support to view my interaction logs and transcripts?
By default, Talkative support are not able to view your interaction logs - the area of the platform where chat transcripts, video transcripts and video recordings are displayed.
If you wish to enable Talkative support to see these pages for troubleshooting purposes, please enable this setting on this page:
