How to integrate with the Netcall Liberty contact centre platform
Talkative's Netcall integration allows you to embed Talkative interaction channels into Netcall Liberty, with routing and reporting performed by Netcall.
Set Up
1. Create a new routing config (Netcall).
2. Add in the URL, Partition, Key, and Queue Cap.
3. Then configure your queue(s) with a Netcall Config (button at the bottom of the Queue edit page).
4. Select all values.
5. Login to Netcall and make yourself available.
6. Interactions will now be routed through to your queue/agent.
