Troubleshooting Chatbot Publishing Issues

You may have difficulty publishing your chatbot, even after adding it to the relevant groups and configurations.


Solution:

To publish your chatbot, you need to update your chat widget configurations. Ensure that the "start chat" button in your widget configurations is targeting the chatbot queue. This will need to be done for all widget configurations where you want the chatbot to be displayed.
