Configure the Talkative agent console for different languages for your users.
Currently, only the agent console (where chats/conversations are handled) can be translated. Upcoming releases will allow other areas of the application to be translated.
Instructions to set up agent console localisation
Available for all Talkative plans/subscriptions.
As an Account Holder, go to Settings and search for "language":
Choose your language. Note: this will affect all your agents. An upcoming release will allow per-user overrides.
Note: More languages will be added soon, please reach out to support/sales if you have a particular language that you want to add!
Once you have selected your language, the console will be translated to support your language of choice:
Note: Translations have been made with Google translate, please reach out to support if you notice any spelling errors.
