What is this feature and why you should use it.
When a user is deleted, it revokes access to the Talkative platform and will free up the licence that the account was using. You may wish to delete a user when a member of staff leaves your business, or when a users role within your organisation changes and they no longer need access to the Talkative platform.

How to delete a user [5 Minutes]
This section will cover the steps required to delete a user.
Step 1: Log into Talkative
Step 2: Access user settings
- Click the 'Settings' tab on the left hand side
- Then click 'Users'
If you're unable to find the user settings page, you can use the quick search bar at the top of the page.
Step 3: Delete user
- Find the user on the list that you need to delete
- If you need to filter the list of users, click show filters
- You can then filter by first name, last name, email and roles.
- If you need to filter the list of users, click show filters
- Once you have found the user you wish to delete, click the three dots on the right hand side of the page
- Then click 'Delete'
- You will then get a pop up asking you to confirm user deletion, click 'Delete User'

Troubleshooting steps [5 Minutes]
This section will explain the basic troubleshooting steps to follow when a user cannot be deleted.
Step 1: Access agent dashboard
- Click 'Live Dashboard' tab on the left hand side
- When on the dashboard page, access the 'Agent Overview' tab
Step 2: Set user to 'Offline'
- Search for the user that needs to be deleted using the search bar. As you type, the results will update.
- If the user status is not offline click their status which is in blue
- A dropdown will appear, using the dropdown set the users status as 'Offline'. Then confirm with the blue tick button
Step 3: Delete user
- Find the user on the list that you need to delete
- If you need to filter the list of users, click show filters
- You can then filter by first name, last name, email and roles.
- If you need to filter the list of users, click show filters
- Once you have found the user you wish to delete, click the three dots on the right hand side of the page
- Then click 'Delete'
- You will then get a pop up asking you to confirm user deletion, click 'Delete User'
