AI alerts are designed to give you real-time notifications for any chat/video interactions that meet user-defined criteria.

Rather than having users 



NOTE: This feature sends your transcripts to an LLM for review. As of initial release (18th July 2024) the model used is GPT-4o

How to use


1. First, navigate to settings and search for AI Alerts:


2. Create a new alert.

3. Give it a name, and assign it to the desired queue(s).

4. Fill out the trigger and alert conditions:


5. You will receive a notification when an interaction meets the trigger criteria:




Frequently asked Questions (FAQ's)

  • How much does it cost?
    • Answer: As of writing, the system uses AI tokens. Please contact us to get more tokens or for alternative billing options.
  • How does it work?
    • Answer:  If an active interaction exists, every 30 seconds the system will send the transcript to the LLM, and ask if whether the trigger condition is met.




Troubleshooting steps 


Step 1: Check token usage

  • Navigate to your billing overview and check you have available AI tokens.


Step 2: Wait 30 seconds

  • The AI alert service runs every 30 seconds, so you may need to wait a few moments before the email/notification is triggered.
