Troubleshooting Video Chat Issues

Issue: You may experience issues with video calls not connecting or the video feed not working properly. 


Troubleshooting steps:

* Check your internet connection: A strong and stable internet connection is required for video calls.

* Verify camera and microphone permissions: Ensure your browser has permission to access your camera and microphone.

* Check default camera selection: If using a desktop with multiple cameras, confirm the correct camera is selected in your browser settings (chrome://settings/content/camera). 

* Check device compatibility: Talkative supports most modern browsers and devices. If you are using an older browser or device, you may need to update or switch to a different browser. 

* Test video functionality: Use Talkative's "video preview" feature to test your video functionality before starting a call.
