Talkative's integration with WhatsApp allows you to surface "suggested replies" within the WhatsApp client.
This functionality is supported for Talkative's internal chatbot system, available on all plans.
When configuring your chatbot, you can add message suggestions, that display in webchat.
If you have three or fewer suggestions, they will show as buttons in WhatsApp to the customer. If you have four or more suggestions, they will be nested into a dropdown list.
