User Profile Settings Overview

The user profile page allow users to view and edit some of their Talkative account information. This includes first and last names, passwords, avatars and other various config settings.

To access the user profile page, log into the system, then click your name on the bottom right of the screen. Then from the menu click "User Profile".

At the top of the page you are shown a table of some basic information regarding you account. Here you can see your registered email, your company, when you last logged in, when your account was created and when you account was last updated.

Below this you can update your First name, Last name and your locale. You can change your name by updating the text boxes and you can update your locale by clicking the dropdown. Once you are happy with any changes, click update profile.
Below this you can see your user role. If you are an account holder looking at an agents account, you will be able to change their role from here.

Below this you have the ability to change your password. To do this, confirm your password in the top text box, then enter your new desired password in the following two textboxes. Once you are happy with the changes, click update password.

Next is the User Avatar section, here you can select update your avatar icon on the system. To do this, drag an image file onto the avatar preview area, or click the preview and select a file from your system file explorer. Once you are happy with you selection, click Update Avatar.

Below this is the user configuration section. For further configuration options, click "User Configuration" where you will be directed to a separate settings page. 

After this section, you have the Twilio channel configuration, here you can specify which channels you would like to engage with and the interaction capacity against each of them. To update these, select the slider to opt in/out of a channel, then in the text boxes set your capacity. 

The last section is the multi factor authentication setting, here you can see your status and are able to set your security preferences when logging into the system. Please see the following article for more information: Multi Factor Authentication
